Terms for using this website.
These cover the site itself. The work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement, and that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website — reading it, and contacting us through it. They are not the terms of an engagement. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timeline, intellectual property and liability, and where that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement applies.
The content on this site
Descriptions of services, process and technology here are informational. They are not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to a delivery date. Nothing on this site creates a contract until both sides sign one.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote this site. You may not:
- Scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others
- Republish substantial parts of it as your own
- Use the contact form to send bulk or unsolicited messages
- Attempt to gain access to systems behind it
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and brand marks on this site belong to LinkGro Technologies. Client work is a separate matter entirely: code we write under an engagement belongs to the client from the first commit, as stated on the how-we-work page.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will be uninterrupted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
