What LinkGro Technologies collects, and why.
This is a company website, not a product. It collects what you send us and what our analytics record — nothing else.
What we collect
Two things, and they are separate. First, whatever you choose to send us — your name, email, company and message when you get in touch, or the contents of an email you write to us. Second, standard web analytics about this site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and the referring link.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to reply to you, to scope the work you asked about, and to keep a record of what was discussed if we go on to work together. Analytics are used to understand which pages are read and where readers come from, so the site can be improved. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell anything to anyone.
Analytics and error reporting
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google. It also reports front-end errors to Sentry so faults can be diagnosed. Both are named here rather than buried: you can block either with standard browser controls, and the site works normally without them.
Data we hold during an engagement
If we work together, we may be given access to your systems, code, credentials or data in order to do the work. That access is governed by whatever agreement we sign with you, not by this page, and it is used only for the engagement it was granted for.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy and related headers applied. Credentials shared with us during an engagement are held only for as long as the work needs them and are handed back or destroyed at the end of it. We hold no security certifications — see the security page, which says so in more detail.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@linkgro.co and we will action it. There is no account to sign in to and nothing to configure — see the data deletion page for the full route.
