Data Deletion

How to delete your LinkGro data.

Meta's Platform Rules require a documented deletion route. There are three, and any one of them removes your data.

Remove from Facebook or Instagram settings

This revokes LinkGro's access from Meta's side.

  1. 1Open your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
  2. 2Find Apps and Websites, which lists everything linked to your Facebook or Instagram account.
  3. 3Search for LinkGro and select it.
  4. 4Scroll down and choose Remove.

Delete your account inside LinkGro

This removes the account and everything associated with it.

  1. 1Sign in to your LinkGro account.
  2. 2Go to Profile settings, then Account settings.
  3. 3Choose Delete account.
  4. 4Follow the prompts to permanently delete the account and its data.

Ask support to do it

Email support with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address on the account so we can find and remove the right records.
